For the record.
I love having dinner parties! I mean, to me, that just means having friends over for food and gaming of some kind. They’re my favorite little get togethers. They just happen to end in D&D most of the time.
My husband and I just got our gaming table. We bought a house four months ago and found a beautiful, huge table for $22 through Facebook Marketplace. That’s the nice thing about living in an area surrounded by rich neighborhoods: you find some pretty fancy stuff for really cheap. So we finally have a lovely table setup in our basement and are slowly making that corner look comfy and cozy for gaming. I’m thinking tapestries, fairy lights, etc…
